Bone Dust BBQ Rub

½ cup paprika
¼ cup chili powder
3 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons of the
following ingredients: ground coriander, garlic powder, white sugar, curry powder and dry, hot mustard
1 tablespoon of the following ingredients: fresh, ground black pepper, ground basil, ground thyme, ground cumin and cayenne

 

Mix all ingredients together and store in a jar until ready to use. Rub on chicken, beef, or pork before barbequeing. Makes 2 cups.
