This year the Palmer FFA Chapter consists of 25 members. They recently attended the Area 4 Range Judging Contest in Spalding, along with Palmer Ag. Students placed fifth as a school. They plan on attending the North Central Land Judging Contest on October 9th. This year’s officers are President Kendra Wichmann, Vice President Jami Estrela, Secretary Megan Meyer, Treasurer Chelsie Wardyn, Parliamentarian Kayla Meyer, Reporter Michael Happ, and Sentinel Kristina Hake. Two past members, Annalisa Estrela and Tiffany Meyer received the American Degree. They were the first from the Palmer FFA Chapter to do so. This past State Fair, Palmer FFA member Tyler Wichmann showed the Reserve Champion FFA Market Steer.
