Several Knox County 4-H’ers participated in a District Horse Show which was held in Bloomfield on June 20, 2012. Lillian Nagengast of Bloomfield received a trophy in the English Pleasure and English Equitation classes with her horse The Dandy Invitation. Kenna Fiedler of Bloomfield received a trophy in the Senior Western Pleasure class and a medal in the Senior Western Horsemanship class with her horse Oh What Potential. Karly Jensen of Bloomfield received a trophy in the Junior Western Pleasure class with her horse Iotta Be Sweet. Laura Nagengast of Bloomfield received a trophy in the Junior Western Horsemanship class with her horse The Radical Zone. Katelyn Fiedler of Bloomfield received a trophy in the Senior Reining class with her horse Hard to Hit. Lexy Nuesch of Pierce received a trophy in the Senior Barrel Racing class with her horse Sonny.

Senior English Equiation Class - Lillian Nagengast of Bloomfield the Champion Trophy.
Senior Western Pleasure Horse Class - Kenna Fiedler of Bloomfield received the Champion Trophy; Katelyn Fiedler of Bloomfield and Tyler Smith of Bloomfield received a blue ribbon; and Whitney Miller of Bloomfield received a red ribbon.
Junior Western Pleasure Horse Class - Karly Jensen of Bloomfield received the Champion Trophy.
Senior Western Horsemanship Class - Kenna Fiedler of Bloomfield received 3rd Purple Medal and Whitney Miller of Bloomfield and Tyler Smith of Bloomfield received a red ribbon.
Junior Western Horsemanship Class - Laura Nagengast of Bloomfield received the Champion Trophy and Karly Jensen of Bloomfield received a purple ribbon.
Senior Reining Class - Katelyn Fiedler of Bloomfield received the Champion Trophy; Tyler Smith of Bloomfield and Lexy Nuesch of Pierce received a red ribbon.
Junior Reining Class - Lucas Miller of Bloomfield received a blue ribbon.
Senior Pole Bending - Dakota Cunningham of Wausa received a purple ribbon; Lexy Nuesch of Pierce received a blue ribbon; and Whitney Miller of Bloomfield and Tiara Wamberg of Wausa received a red ribbon; and Tyler Smith of Bloomfield received a white ribbon.
Junior Pole Bending - Mark Lange of Crofton and Lucas Miller of Bloomfield received a blue ribbon.
Senior Barrel Racing - Lexy Nuesch of Pierce received the Champion Trophy. Dakota Cunningham of Wausa received a blue ribbon; Whitney Miller of Bloomfield, Tyler Smith of Bloomfield and Tiara Wamberg of Wausa received a red ribbon.
Junior Barrel Racing - Lucas Miller of Bloomfield received a blue ribbon and Mark Lange of Crofton received a white ribbon.
Each 4-H’er who received a blue or purple ribbon has qualified to compete in the State Horse Show to be held in Grand Island on July 16-19, 2012.
