Dodge City, KS Mon Jun 30, 2008 USDA-KS Dept of Ag Market News
(Feeder Cattle weighted Average Report for June 21 through June 25, 2008)
Kansas Weighted Average Report for the two feeder cattle auctions (Dodge City,
And Pratt) totaled 3,460 head including 3,167 head of feeder cattle and
calves. Weighted average based on 2,738 head or about 86 percent of the total
feeders. Approximately 76 percent of the feeders 600 lbs and over. Feeder supply
50 percent steers and 50 percent heifers.
